This course takes the student from the just-a-user level to the I-can-fix-this level for most common PC Operating System concerns. This course deals with an effective commination of tools that reinforce both concepts and hands-on, real world experience. It also provides preperation for CompTIA's A+ Operating Systems Technoligies exam and along with MCP-100 prepares you for the ETA's CST and /or CNCT Certification exam.
